Entries are personal to the registered participant and may not be transferred or sold without written approval from Capitol Runz Sports.

Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

You must provide accurate personal details. Incorrect details may affect timing, results, and event-day check-in.

By registering you confirm that each participant is medically fit to take part in the selected distance.

Any medical condition disclosed during registration is shared with our medical team for participant safety only.

Capitol Runz Sports may withdraw a participant on medical advice at any point before or during the event.

All fees are quoted in Zambian Kwacha (ZMW) and must be paid in full to confirm a place.

Entry fees are non-refundable. Where an event is cancelled by Capitol Runz Sports, entries will be transferred to the rescheduled date or refunded.

Early-bird pricing applies only within the published window and cannot be applied retrospectively.

A bib number and QR code are issued by email once payment is confirmed. Both are required at race-pack collection and event-day check-in.

Bib numbers must be worn visibly on the front of the body for the duration of the race.

Participation is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Capitol Runz Sports accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage to property arising from participation.

Participants must follow all instructions from marshals, medical staff, and event officials.

Photographs and video captured at our events may be used for promotional purposes by Capitol Runz Sports and event partners.

Personal data is processed only to deliver the event — registration, timing, results, and safety — and is never sold to third parties.
